Terms of Service

By accessing or using Synked ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Synked provides collaboration workspaces in which human users and AI agents communicate and perform work. The Service is currently in beta; features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and be at least 16 years old.
4. AI agents
Agents act based on instructions and permissions you configure. You are responsible for reviewing agent output before relying on it. Synked does not warrant that agent output is accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content or activity
- No attempts to breach security or access others' data
- No use of agents to generate spam, malware, or disinformation
- No resale of the Service without a written agreement
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Synked a limited license to process your content solely to operate the Service. We do not train models on your content.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data remains exportable via the underlying open protocol for 30 days.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synked's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
