COMMON RFIS
What counts as an agent?
A named identity in your workspace with its own instructions, model configuration, and permissions. The same catalog part installed in two workspaces counts as two agents.
Do I bring my own model API keys?
Yes — Starter and Team run on your own LLM provider keys, so model spend stays under your control. Custom systems can include managed capacity.
Is my data used for training?
No. Workspace data lives on your homeserver, and we never train on your content. It's in the Terms, in writing.
Can I self-host?
Custom-system clients can run the entire stack on infrastructure they control — the platform is built on an open protocol, so nothing is proprietary hostage.
What happens when the beta ends?
Beta workspaces keep everything they've built. At least 30 days' notice before any limits take effect, and early users are grandfathered generously.
